What is the SoundCheck Film Festival?
SoundCheck Film Festival is a music documentary film festival, featuring documentaries about individual musicians and bands.
Where is Bowling Green, Kentucky?
Bowling Green is located in southern Kentucky, approximately one hour north of Nashville on I-65 and less than two hours south of Louisville on I-65.

SCREENINGS
When will the schedule be announced?
The schedule will be announced in February 2021.

What kind of films does the Festival screen?
All films are documentaries about musicians and music – local, national, and international.
Where will the screenings be held?
Most screenings will be held downtown and will be within comfortable walking distance of each other. Venues include the Capitol Arts Center, the Phoenix Theatre, and SKyPAC’s black box studio. (possibly the theater at WKU’s student center.)
TICKETING
How can I get tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online in advance. During the festival, tickets are also available at the Festival Office. For more info on ticketing, click here.
Where can I pick up my tickets?
If you ordered online, you can pick up your tickets at the Festival Office one week prior to the start of the festival or they can be emailed to you. Once the festival has started, tickets may be picked up at the Festival Office.
Can I buy a pass to all the Festival?
Yes. A limited number of VIP passes will be available. For more info about VIP benefits, click here.
Can I buy tickets to individual films?
Yes. You can purchase tickets to individual films and most events.
When will passes and tickets go on sale?

Are tickets and passes refundable?
Refund Policy: Refund requests for the Festival must be in writing and sent by U.S. first class mail, postmarked by ??, and VIP pass refunds will incur a $25 processing fee. After ??, all payments are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to illness, acts of God, or travel-related problems.
In the event that SoundCheck Film Festival has to cancel our event, VIP pass holders will have the following options:
A full refund on your VIP pass
Transfer your registration to 2021’s SoundCheck Film Festival (Spring 2021)
Am I guaranteed a seat if I have a ticket or a VIP pass?
VIP pass holders MUST be in line no later than 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Priority admission is given to all VIP pass holders. Individual ticket holders will be seated after all VIP pass holders have entered the theater. General Admission tickets will go on sale 20 minutes prior to each screening. Once General Admission tickets have gone on sale, VIP pass holders no longer have priority admittance. VIP pass holders arriving AFTER the 20 minutes mark must go to the back of the General Admission line. ALL theater seating will be on a first come, first served basis. Neither Badge holders nor Film Pass holders are guaranteed a seat, only admission up to capacity. NO ONE will be admitted into the theater 15 minutes after start time. Thank you for your cooperation. *SPECIAL EVENTS MAY REQUIRE PURCHASE OF SEPARATE TICKET FOR ENTRY. Can I volunteer to work at the Festival?
